Once comfortably sat on the deckchair of a beach hut you can contemplate the sublime landscape that awaits you, the Genoese citadel and the ‘Semper Fidelis’ city. At your back bordering the beach will be a pine forest with its embalming scents which offers you tree-top high ropes activities as well as an energizing fitness trail. A dip in the transparent waters will bring you the benefits of Mediterranean iodine and if you have children, the very gradual depth is ideal for them. In June the beach becomes musical with the installation of DJs in the huts for the Calvi On The Rocks festival.

Very secure, Calvi’s port offers pontoons locked with a digital access code and a manned security system with video surveillance both afloat and ashore. It is from this port that boat trips leave to discover the natural sites of Calvi, such as the Scandola nature reserve and the Agriates desert. At the end of the harbour you will find the salt tower, one of the historic sites open to visitors all year long. As Calvi’s port is located in the city, restaurants and bars are all around. Do not hesitate to enjoy a good meal of local fish specialties with an typically extraordinary atmosphere throughout your journey with a pleasant view of hundreds of boats.

Many destinations are possible from the port: the Gulf of Calvi-Revellata, Scandola’s caves, Piana, the Gulf of Girolata, the Agriates desert, etc... You can therefore discover the beauty of the Corsican coasts and admire splendid sunsets... The majority of the sea-tour companies abide by an eco-responsible charter in order to preserve the seabed, the fauna and the flora through agreed practices with the Scandola boat owners association. After a good trip out at sea, there is nothing like enjoying a delicious ice cream in Calvi’s port while admiring the sunset.
